Once you have logged in to it should if using I.E you are able to see a lay out with all of the different sections, if you log in with the user name and password i have set up for a test you should be able to see these fine.

          Hope this helps

            Hi there

Just looking at the site in IE, how did you get the images in /images?

Are these hardcoded links? If you can provide a bit more information about how you did these links, it may be worth while doing the image paths as fully qualified links i.e. www.sofabeds4u.com/images/image.jpg, rather than just img src="images/image.jpg", as IE is a bit more forgiving for these kind of links, where as there have been know of issue where Firefox cant handle them.

I had a look in Opera and could see all the section links in the main frame. Visiting T & C page left me stranded with no means of navigation back to the catalog pages. The home link gave me a 403 forbidden error. Same with the Contact Us link.

Then tried in Firefox. No section links in the main frame, but left hand navigation worked. Saw the product pictures and text on the product pages.

Checked the source and found all the main frame section links go through cgi-bin - this setting is in Advanced | Network Settings - untick the box Use relative cgi paths in product pages.

I have just looked into my network settings and this was all ready unticked so i tried ticking it and uploading however this did not make no difference and still unable to see the section in the main frame, thanks for your feedback on the rest of the site i will get these sorted after I have got this problem sorted!

                  Thanks

I feel embarrased, but just noticed in another thread that once a customer is logged in the links must go through the cgi-bin bb script.

I meant my original suggestion to not use cgi-bin links was totally wrong and unhelpful. Using SSL, Actinic will automatically create and use the cgi-bin links, so this is NOT a problem.

                            <img src="http://www.sofabeds4u.com/images/images\spacers-14k-gold-sect.gif"

I have changed the link so that it is /images\spacer-14k-gold-sect.gif because it did not make any difference to bringing up the images. However when i have tried to change it to a / it will not let me do this through Actinic for some reason it must not allow it to be a forward slash

                              thanks any way
