SMTP Error - but the form works

Clients are getting the following error when filling in the contact form on the website within the store:

Error returned from SMTP server (4: sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1) )

The messages are being sent ok, but I can't seem to remedy why this error is being generated.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks guys and gals

    Hi,

Can you check if emails are being sent to all other addresses, other than the domain addresses. Sometimes SMTP servers allow forwarding of emails to address that are domain specific and do not allow forwarding to others and this causes the error you have to be thrown.

You will need to check this with your host and get them to make the required changes so that the error is not presented online.

    Kind regards,
