Ooops... what's happened to my snapshot

Error message generated when trying to create a snapshot:

FATAL ERRORS
(File SnapshotWizard.cpp, Line 816) - Archive error 5 - The compression operation failed
Library error - Can not open file C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Site1\ActinicCatalog.mdb ! has been caught.
Errors
(File ExportFiles.cpp, Line 582) - The file C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Site1\TITANIC_SINKS_Stainless_Steel_Sink_Accessories_11 was not found System error 2 - The system cannot find the file specified.

Just found out the problem - the database was open
