    Copying sites

Does anyone know what the best way is to copy all the products in a website across to another totally different website. The templates to 5 sites are different along with site details but all the products are the same. I don't think that external linking would work as there are loads of components etc.

Would it be an idea to just copy over the tables from the database to another and if so which tables contain all the product details?

    Cheers

I have tried to cut and past and that worked for me in smallish chunks

        Hi Owen,

You could copy over the Products and ProductProperties tables if it is only the products you are after, if you require the sections too, then copy over the catalog section table too.

Needless to say please make backup's of the tables before proceeding.

        Kind regards,
