How do I change case of PRICE header in shopping cart

Hi - I am sure that I have asked this before on this forum but I cannot find it.

I want to change the case of the text "PRICE" within on the top line of the shopping cart but I cannot find where it is.

The description, quantity, cost and remove headers are all in DESIGN > TEXT but not this one (unless I'm being a bit stupid).

Try 'Design | Options | Shop Defaults' in the 'Cart Table Price Column Header' field.
