Shipping Problems

I am having serious shipping problems, at the moment I am using "shopper editable".
I have asked Actinic support team to send me screen shots of the settings, but its still not doing what I want it to do.

Shipping option 1
£7 for all orders up to 11kg, and £0.60 for every additional kg

Shipping Option 2
£45 for all orders up to 11kg, and £0.60 for every additional kg

I would like the Default Weight in kg to remain at 0.4kg as most of my products are the same weight.

Any ideas?

You have a support query ongoing for this issue and you should have received the csv file sent over by support. Do post back to let us know if the csv file helped.

No it didnt help. However i sent my snapshot and someone is still looking into it. I am waiting for a response at the moment.

Problem Solved

Hi - this problem has been solved. It had something to do with the "product name" being set to none, which is how it should be.
