Aligning section lists... struggling a little

How do I align section lists to the top of each table cell when I have a multi column listing?

Just not sure which template to edit - have tried Act_Sectionline to no avail.

Each item in the list is centred to the middle of each cell, whereas I want them aligned top.

If you untick Compact HTML/CGI in Design | Options Micellaneous tab, then preview your page in a browser and view source, you will see the name of the template above the sections.
