what does this error mean?

While editing my store and doing an "off line site preview" I get the following error now and again and was wondering if anyone could tell me what it meant.

From reading a few old threads containing 'runtime error' it looks as though your database has become corrupted. Try Housekeeping | Compact Databases (tick both) and if that does not solve the problem, then close Actinic, open the catalog mdb file in site1 directory using Access and do a compact/repair database from there.
