change formatting on checkout page

I need to edit the checkout page where the shopper is asked for the country, has an option to read the T&Cs, and has NEXT button to move on to address details.

I don't need to amend the actual form where the products and prices are listed, but I need to change the header and navigation bar on the left.

I have made all sorts of changes to PrimaryCheckout.htm and think i've proved pretty conclusively that i've been editing the wrong template.

Can anyone tell me what file to amend to change the layout on that checkout page?

Hi,

The check out page in mention is Act_Order00.html, but this nestles within the Act_PrimaryChekout.html and is brought in by the NETQUOTEVAR:BULK variable in the checkout Primary template.

It sounds as if you have been doing the right thing but not getting the results you desire. Have you tried uploading the changes to see if they actually reflect as you will not be able to preview the checkout phase within Actinic.
