login and username problem

A client has just got in touch saying the website is not recognising the usernames and login details that have worked previously.

He also told me that to speed up the process of populating the shop he had uploaded the shop onto the company network so more than one person could work on the site. I tried to talk him out of this - as i was aware that this would bring the possibilty of overwriting existing data.

Has this happened to anyone else & how can i solve the login problem?

Hi,

I think the issue is down to the shop being on the Network, if they require to access it over a network then they will have to use the Multi User Version of Actinic. Get them to install it back on a single PC and then refresh the site. Post back and let us know if the login problem resolves or still exists.
