Formatting search page

I am trying to make my search results appear in the same way my 4 col section pages do...

In the section template, I achieved this by using <div>s.

Is this possible on Act_ResultsTemplate???

PS: I am also looking to amend the stylesheet ref for the search results link.

Hi,

Within the View | Search Settings you can diable the creation of the search page when you generate and upload the site, so you would be left with a non changing current search page, where you can then adjust the display as you see fit, then when you next upload it will upload your manually changed version.

NB: If you search pages uses custom information that appears maybe in custom search properties, then none of these would change if you add products which would normally update within the options of this page, as Actinic would be ignoring generating a new copy of this page, so in cases like that, you would have to enable its generation again to get the new content in, then once generated, disable again and reformat to meet your column needs, before uploading again your manually adjusted search page.
