Offline discount

Hi,

I wish to allow random discounts to be applied to offline orders (in the event of haggling customers!!! ). Is this possible in Catalog? If so, can somebody tell me how/point me in the direction of appropriate info?

Managed to answer my own question - random discounts an be applied using a negative price adjustment in the Line Items | Add Adjustment.. section of an order.
