    Order won't complete

    I have an order which won't complete. There is no excessive payment or outstanding payment. The invoice has been printed. However, the system does not see the items as shipped. There are 3 items on the order, when I unship them Actinic sees the orders as -100% shipped. When I ship them Actinic sees the order as 0% shipped.

    How can I move this order to completed.

    Sounds like you might have a corrupted dataabse. Compacting the database might help, otherwise select the order, right click and 'export' the order. That should move it.

      Compacting the database made no difference. When I right click the order or any order, export is not an option. I am running V7 Developer.

        If you have 'ReExport To Files' then try that.

          The only options available when right clicking any order are:

          View Order
          New Order
          Delete
          Back Order
          Repring Standard packing List Report
          Reprint Standard Invoice Report
          Order Summary
          Highlight Colour
          Find
          Find Ordered Products

            Exporting is an optional feature, if you go to View / Business Settings / Order Processing you can click on a button to enable it.
