    Frustration (digital downloads)

    Well I have had 2 digital download orders...the first one an email with the link was not sent to the customer, so I resent using the mail dropdown tap and resend in progress and payments. The second one a few days ago I cannot now get the re-send in the progress payments mail, its dissapeared so left with egg on my face.

    Anyone know what may of happened? and how to sort it.

    This has been dealt with offline throught the normal support system.

    The issue happens because for some reason th particular order in mention had been marked as 'Finished' in the Database and hence the 'Resend' option being greyed out. When orders are marked as finished you will not be able to resent the downloadabel URL, you will have to temporarily unship the order and then you will see the resend option, use it and then mark as shipped.
