Find Orders routine does not work

When I try to find orders on Actinic < Control F > by entering the order number in the relevant box nothing happens, it does not find the order. The find ordered products < Control J > works fine and only requires a partial description to work.

Any ideas?

Does it not find the order even if you enter in the full order number?
