Sections In Alphabetical Order

Weird one here. I am trying to put all sections in alphabetical order. Everytime I put the Well Being section at http://www.supplement-warehouse.co.uk/ underneath the Vitamin Store Actinic somehow puts it back to it's original position second in position.

I have tried to create a new section of Well Being 2 and cutting and pasting the subsections into it and deleting the original section and then renaming it but it still places it back to where it currently is.

Is this a bug of some sort?
