    Importing

    I have 6 columns on a csv file that i'm trying to import...
    1. Section
    2. Sub-section
    3. Product
    4. Part Number
    5. Stock
    6. Sell

    When mapping to the Actinic fields...
    1. Section text
    2. Section Page Name
    3. Short description
    4. Not mapped
    5. Stock in hand
    6. Price

    When i then run the import it says "at least one error found" and then "no products were created".

    The log file shows incompatible information in field 1 (sub-section).

    Can anyone help me with this? Am i mapping the fields correctly?

    You need to change Section and Subsection to be Section | Subsection, ie. put both bits of information into a single field and put the | character between the two bits of information.

      Also remember to remove any spaces around the | character if you don't want them. Caught me out for a few days!
