Just had an email from CLARA saying they are switching over to AWSTATS Wednesday 5th October

Grrrr ... CLARA have just killed all my stats ... apparently others have been having problems also ... any other CLARA users on here been effected?

Luckily have some archived stats so can import to Sawmill and Surfstats but like the immediacy of online viewing

i had a problem last month!
i was getting an error last month saying that a file was missing. i tried renaming one of the old files to try to force it to work but it just gave me the same error the next day.

I've updated my stats this morning and its working fine!

Thanks Oliver - "glad" it is not just me and they were telling porkies.

I also tried renaming the previous file and appending the next file name text file to no avail ... checked again this morning and they are working but only have 1 days worth of stats

I'm having the same trouble again.

Error: Couldn't open server log file "/web/sites/_t/_e/_s/test4less.co.uk/logs/access.log.20060106" : No such file or directory

Why does this file fail to update randomly?
