Deferred payments with SECPAY

Another secpay + actinic problem.my old cart let me use deferred payments by simply editing the secpay template to allow it [hidden value ...]. What do i do with this, because I realise that actinic has an option for "pre authorise" or "charge immediately", Mine is currently set to pre- authorise, but its charging immediately, does any1 use deferred payments with actinic and secpay? Help?

We amended the .pl file OCCSecPayScriptTemplate.pl to that below which defers credit cards for 7 days and debit cards for 4.
