Problems uploading site to web

Hi,

I have just started using actinic V5.1.4.0.0.33.CICA (a bit long winded). I am having problems uploading to the website.

I have made some amendments to products and when I click the upload button actinic goes through it's normal routine but then stops at "Sending base files" and will go no further!

Any suggestions would be gratefully received!

Try doing a Web | Configure Website details and ensure that both checkboxes are unchecked and allow Actinic to go through its checks to see if it gets through it all ok, which if so, then do a Web | Refresh to make sure it is all in sync.

If it dies and stops again, then try switching off your Firewall software and then try the above again to see if that works. If it does, then your firewall might have updated which is now blocking your connection back and forth to the Actinic site, so you would need to switch the firewall back on and then fault find through the firewall settings to locate the gremlin now preventing it all..
