PLEASE HELP!!! I dont know how to fix

I am new to actinic and at my company I have to learn this software but the client who uses it is already requesting updates. There is this one small problem... (I'll try n be descriptive as possible)

The is an American company so all of our shipping is done in the USA.

Now under business settings | shipping and handling tab...

IN the white text box labeled shipping bands.

The white text box looks like this:

- International Datapost
: :
: :.....North America
:
:........First Class Post
:........Second Class Post

If I right-click North America and select properties i get a new little window titled zone properties... In that text box it looks like this (similar to up top)

- United States
:....Arizona - These are the States in America if you dont know
:....Alabama
:....New Jersey
:....New York

etc, etc...

My Question is how can I add another state to that zone? Please some one respond soon. I will greatly apreciate it.

FINALLY!!!! After like four hours... I DID IT!!!! WHOO HOO!!! I know no one responded to my thread but its kool because i did it on my own. Thanks to all who at least viewed my post.
