Hi all,
I have a puzzling error that is driving me mad! I have 3 orders in pending that refuse to be marked as shipped and move to the completed section. One shows 153% as shipped and 84 percent as cancelled! The others have similar problems. The common factor is that I manually entered an incorrect quantity (an add-on to the order) and then decreased the quantity appropriately. This seems to have put a spanner in the works, although I cannot for the life of me see why it should!
Payment status is "Fully Paid"
Invoices and packing list printed and reprinted
What can I do to give these stubborn orders a kick up the backside and move them along?
