Snapshot error message!

Hello,

Has anybody encounterd the following.

When we exit with a site snapshot we encounter the following error message:

Catalog exe. Application Error

The instruction at “0x7c168f1d” referenced memory at “0x000001e” The memory could not be “read”

The program will now terminate

Any idea how I can stop this?

There is a known bug which interupts snapshot on occasions if you initiate it with a fragment highlighted in the lefthand tree.

Make sure that the highlight is either on an individual product or home before closing down or starting snapshot.
