    It's back again...

    The client order email and the confirmation page fail to display the digital download link, files are present in the /acatalog/DD/ folder.

    Shipping set to 'auto'.
    Catalog order processing is 'bypass'.
    Version is '7.05'

        Hi,

        Have you done a complete refresh of the site lately? Can you try that and then place an order to see if the DD link appears, if not you will have to raise a support query so that someone can take a look at a snapshot of the site.

              Unsure Bruce what you were sent...

              However further to my other posting today I still have problems with Digital Downloads and the Discount / Surcharge module so shall send you one again for most recent update.

                        What is the payment method used on the site? Does it happen to all payment methods or only a few ones?

                        Actually DD links are displayed to the buyer in case of PSP orders only when the PSP authorises the transaction. This may happen later than the receipt/email generation in which case the links are not available. I seem to recall this problem was down to PayPal most of the cases.

                              Hi David,

                              Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this, the reason is that we have been testing and have not been able to locate what exactly is causing the issue. Development have experimented using your site snapshot on all possible scenario's and have not been able to replicate the issue.

                              The only reason for the DD link not appearing in the client email and confirmation is if the payment for the particular orded was not authorised by the PSP, in this case Worldpay.

                              I will raise an email support ticket for this issue and will continue it from there. Will send you a mail with the email ticket number.
