When I perform a test I receive the following warning : "The test script failed to execute on the web server. The error could be caused by several things. Check the path to the Perl shell, the CGI script extension, the path to CGI-BIN, and the CGI-BIN URL. This error could also occur if your web site is out of disk space or your web server is not configured to accept POSTs to CGI scripts."

When I try to upload, I reach the merging point and the process stops.

Any suggestions before I give up? I've been trying for the last 2 weeks.

I know from the previous thread that Jont sent you his settings for Clara. Is that what you're using now ?

If so all I can suggest is two things:

    1. Try setting up the basic case first and then build on from there. i.e. remove any https stuff and see if you can get that to work. Then add the https back in and get that working.

    2. Contact actinic support and get them to take a look. If you have 'cover' you can phone them, otherwise email them from here: http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/index.htm

The guys at Actinic have lots of experience in setting it up and should be able to sort it out for you. 2 weeks of trying different things is more than enough for anyone.
