Data export not working

I'm trying to export the catalog file as a CSV file.

It seems to be stuck on the 'preparing export' screen.

Any suggestions to get this fixed?

It seems to produce some sort of file once I've cancelled the operation.

Hi,

You are using the File | Export .. route right? This should open the Wizard, click 'Next' select 'Catalog', Give it a file name, select 'Text -Comma Delimited' for type of file and 'ANSI (Windows)' as the character set. Click on Finish and it should create a .csv file in the location you specified.

Where in this process is it getting stuck? Can you open the file that is being created and check what are the contents?
