Which 1 and 1 hosting package is compatible ?

About a year ago I used a 1 and 1 package to host a shop created with Actinic. At first I signed up with the wrong package ( I either went with MS when I should have choosen linux or visa versa ) and found that it wasn't compatible because of lack of cgi I THINK

Can anyone confirm that one of the packages does work and which I should choose ?

I am using Linux Business. I know others are using Linux Business Pro. Both work, as will any of the 'higher' Linux options.

So is it the Microsoft packages that are incompatible

We have 2 Linux Professionals packages running concurrently with different versions of the same site on each package to provide redundancy. The sites are built with MultiUser.

So Linux is the way to go I think.
