Shop Name - Not Enough Characters

Hi All

Does anyone know how i can increase the number of characters allowed for the shop name

i need to get Conservatory Accessories Into the box that does not allow more than 20 characters. "Quart & Pint Pot" springs to mind

You can edit the name directly in the database : in the catalog table you will see the catalog name there and change accordingly.

As ever take a backup before changing anything

Tried that

still will not accept more than 20 characters

In Access go to Design Mode - against Catalaog Name you will see the field size in the General Tab set to 20 - change to say 50 and then enter the text in the field as per the previous post

Am still a novice with access, another thing i have learnt to do. no problems with mailing lists, mail merge e.t.c
