I have read the 6 posts on the forum so far related to this issue and although most of them are related to updates from version 6.X to 7, none of the suggestions have fixed the issue for me.

We are running Version 7.5 Multiuser Day code FFUA and this problem popped up a couple of days ago after at least a fortnight of the now affected products, working correctly.

I have taken from the ProductProperties table in the database 2 example products, the first one works, the second doesn't.

The only difference between the 2 items is in the bFlag5 field where the item that doesn't work has a value of -1, the one that does work has this field set to 0. What does bFlag5 represent and could this be the underlying fault?

The previous fixes mentioned bFlag1 but for all cases this seems to be correct according to the change suggested.

Has anyone else experienced this with version 7 or 7.5 and about, and if so did you find a fix?

bFlag5 appears to be 'use associated tax' for an associated product.

You could check what that's set to on the failing product and see if changing it makes any difference.

I have checked and changed a number of options, including the bFlag5 which was changed back afterwards.

I have also tried to change bStockEnabled in the Product table with no joy.

Unfortunately at this time I can find no cause or solution, other than to rebuild the 2 sections affected.

Not a happy bunny as I have to do this between 6am and 9am before we get significant traffic to our site
