    user-defined field not showing

    I have used the User-Defined field at the checkout for Offer and Voucher Codes.
    The following tags appear in the customer email:
    <Actinic:BILL_USERDEFINED/><Actinic:BILL_USERDEFINED_SEP/>
    right after the email address tag.
    I cannot understand, when this box is filled in by a customer placing an order with a code, why it doesn't appear on the customer email?
    Can anyone help please?

    Hi,

    Did you at any point edit any of the checkout phase templates? I would suggest replacing it with the original from C:\Program Files\Actinic vX\Formats\Themes\Business. Update the site and see if the issue persists.
