Problem with Off Line Preview

Has anyone else experienced problems with an Off Line Preview not working. I can do an off line page preview but not off line preview. It runs through the checking files, but then nothing appears in the browser window.

I have called support and at the moment they have no idea - just wondered if anyone here had the same problem?

Hi Kathy,
I had a similar problem, but I think the other way round ie. OK for offline review but not for single page preview.

Turns out this always happens when I have MS photo editor open. (no clue why?!!)

Try closing some other applications.
