Downloading orders

I have received an E-mail this morning telling me that i have had an order since i last downloaded. i have also received confirmation of the order but when i try to download the order i am told that there are no orders to receive.

Anyone any ideas?

this might sounds dim, but are you sure it's not already downloaded and lurking in a different tab... like PSP pending, for example?

There is a 'feature' in V6 that if a customer places an order and pays using actinics in-built javascript encryption that the emails are all generated before payment is completed and therefor if a customer backed out at the point of paying then everything would suggest an order existed (even an order number is used up) but no order is generated.

This may have made it into V7. Only actinic will know for sure unless you'd like to try it yourself and see.
