I just wanted to check something. When I make my store go live, is the URL of actinic catalog just the http:// address? Also how can i be sure what the full URL of my CGIbin is?

The base URL of your website is http://www.yourveryowndomainname.suffix/
so the cgi-bin will be http://www.yourveryowndomainname.suffix/cgi-bin/ unless you host on something more exotic than basic linux.
