Section Name to be included in order download

Hi Actinic Experts out there,

This is my first actinic website ever, www.easywellbeing.com, views are welcomed(but please be gentle)!

I have a slight issue that needs sorting out, since my client offers different brands, is there anyway I can program actinic to include the section/sub section the item was ordered from on his order manager, otherwise I am now in a position to have to put the section/sub section names on product names(hope this makes sense! ).

Hi Iffat

For the order download, you would need to put the section name/sub section name within the product name. However there is another way you could try as well, which is in "View | Business Settings | Options", for "Product Description in Reports", place a tick in "Enable Extended Product Description for Customer Report". Now once you have applied and okay, if you go to a product, you have a new tab called "Report Description" which text will appear within the Invoice Reports.

So you could fill in the sections/subsections here, pass the snapshot to the order processer and when they preview or print out invoices, they will see the sections names.
