Do you have a lot of pages marked for delete but not purged (Housekeeping | Purge Contents)? There was a recent report of this causing a problem.

If not, do Housekeeping | Compact Databases - tick both boxes. When you re-open Actinic, make sure you have selected the site homepage in the content tree (not a product or fragment) and try File | Snapshot | Export site again.

These warnings are probably one of Actinic's 'features'. If you have a hard coded link to a page then Actinic assumes this is an additional file it should copy into the snaptshot, even if it's one it creates itself. For some reason it doesn't check this.

The net result is that actinic looks for the file to copy into the snapshot, can't find it (because it's one it creates itself from the templates and product content) and throws up a warning error.

These are benign errors, in that the snapshot works fine. You just have to live with the warnings all the time.

If you don't have any hard coded links then it may need further investigation.
