erro message: another index page

Hi
When I upload my site I keep getting the error message after completion that:

index.html,index.html has been found in the site folder and has the same name as a generated file which is referenced by one or more templates.

I can't work this out as this is not the case.
I have named a page index.html but haven't set it as home in actinic so is does upload within the actalog folder.
The catalogue start (normal home page within the actalog folder) has been renamed gifts.html.
+ I have renamed the base page name within design options to gifts.html

The homepage still updates okay but I am confused as to why I am getting this error message.

Site is being tested at:
http://s136528768.websitehome.co.uk/gifts/index.html

The actaclog/ folder has been changed to "gifts/"

Forget this I am being a complete idot.
It becuase the snapshot my customer supplied had an index file mixed in with the template files.
Thought I was going mad,
