    Help: order confirmation with paypal?

    Sorry - I know there have been other posts on this and from what I can tell I've got everything set up correctly still in the business settings tab.

    I've just received notification from Paypal that a payment has been received for an order but I didn't get an Actinic generated e-mail telling me that there was an order to download.

    Confirmation e-mails have been received when orders have been placed using the Nochex payment facility - does something different happen when payments are made using Paypal? There was a post on order confirmation a couple of weeks ago but I think, like I say, I've got the right things ticked - it all works ok with Nochex payments.

    ?? also, not sure whether this means that the customer hasn't had confirmation that their order has been received. Please can anyone advise.

    Hi there

    NoChex and Paypal should really work the same. So when you clicked on the download button in Actinic, there was no order? Is there no order in the "Pending Payment Service Provider" in the "Order" tab? Normally if an order has not recieved the callback from the PSP its sits here.
