Checkout error when using referrer

We're getting an strange error on checkout step 2 (after selecting country) when loading the site using referral URL, site works fine otherwise.

Error is
"A General Script Error Occurred

Error: Error generating order. The referring marketing entity is defined and user defined prompt 3 is visible. This is a configuration error. Contact the vendor directly to place the order.

Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner."

Hi there

As you are using the referrer, Actinic cannot record the information in 'User Definable 3' within "Design | Text". Please could you go to "Design | Text | Web Site (Cont) | General Information". Make sure you have set User Definable 3 prompt to 'Referrer' but NOT showing it. I think it possible you may have put another message instead and have shown it.
