Actinic Database

I have a setup with Actinic/Sage Link for Line 50/ACT, we have a major problem with this setup which is another issue....

What I would like to do is re-export everthing fom actinic AGAIN, looking you dont seem to be able to do this, only so many records at a time - as I have some 2700 not really welcome ?

I understand that Actinic works from Microsoft Access - is it possible to get at the tables or does a tool/addon exist that will allow me to do this

help would be most appreciated

Hi

You can open the database using Access 2000. The database is called 'catalog' and located in Program Files/Actinic V7/Sites/Site1

I would strongly reccomend making a copy of the database and storing it elsewhere before editing any tables.

would not happen to know the tables for transaction ref and customer details or am I pushing my luck

The mole end "profit and Loss program will read in your site and export as a csv file with ref no, price, description

The easiest way to do this if you have a bit of access knowledge is to open the database, go to the table that is called "Order", find the fields called BOM Status and Invoice Status (these are the invoice and packing list status fields) and set their values to 0. Close down the database and you can then run the outstanding exports option in Actinic and they will be reexported.
