Free Gift - Help!

I've a free gift I want to offer to all purchasers.

Using Actinic 'Help' I'm told to go to:
'View¦Discounts and Surcharge Settings¦Cart Contents'

I can find 'View¦Discounts and Surcharge Settings¦ but don't have the option of 'Cart Contents'

Using Actinic v7 - Can anyone help?

You need to be using business to get that option I think.
