test mode

Hi, am I being really stupid, but I can't get out of test mode! I have gone to "Web" and clicked on "switch to production mode" then it gets stuck halfway through and never finishes?
please help

Hi,

This is unusual. If you close the software and re-open it does it still say 'Test Mode' at the bottom of the screen?
