We have recently moved our actinic site version 6.1.3 to a windows 2003 server IIS6 on a dedicated box with no other sites. we are now experiencing problems with the OS000001.pl script when it hands over to Protx secure pages and when it hands back to view the receipt page.
The url is http://www.getgeared.co.uk
On hand over to protx the os000001.pl script seems to regularly stick when pressing continue, however if it sticks and you press continue again it seems to go straight through like grease lightning, but it generates 2 order numbers. On hand back from protx to view the receipt page it sticks again and can take over a minute to return the receipt, customers are hitting the continue button again and this is generating multiple auto confirmation emails each time they hit the button.
We have checked that MD5 is installed and resources are adequate and everything else we can think of but don't understand why this is happening. The site has worked fine on the previous server and I am 100% convinced this is not a protx issue.
Can anyone help?
Many thanks
Mark
