'Product' selection allows a free text entry attribute ....

Probably can't see this for looking at it, but for some reason the ability to prompt for some text on a product has dissappeared, well at least i think it has ?

For example, the Actinic demo products includes a "bunch of flowers", which when purchased you can send free-form text.

I want to do this and entered the text in;

Layout > Other Info Question

but it didn't display.

I also checked that Layout > Product Layout was set to the Actinic original.

What have i done wrong ?

I went to one of my products and typed a question into the Other Info Question box, clicked Apply, and without changing from the customised product layout I use now, the info question and the text entry box appeared in the live preview area of Actinic.

Did you click Apply?

Spotted the problem, I think ?

I changed the Shopping Cart Mode for the section where the product hangs from 'Use Parent' to 'Quantity on Product Page'.

I will play with this a bit as i do not want a quantity, i am selling an e-product you buy one you get one, if you know what i mean.... quantities are aways 1.

Simon, you can set the minimum and maximum of any product to 1 and still have quantity on product page as a shopping mode.
