Request purchase order number early

I am sure that I have seen somewhere "Request purchase order number early", maybe in some thread or user guide. I remember thinking, "that will be usefull sometime". Perhaps I was having a dream/nightmare.

Try as I might, I cannot find it now.

My client has decided that he would like to ask the purchaser to supply a purchase order number earlier in the process.

Any thoughts or ideas would be well received.

I think you are getting confused with 'Request Location Early'. Best explain to your client that the buyers purchase order number does not affect the Actinic process, so there is no advantage to getting this number earlier in the online process.

I guess that explains why I could'nt find it and spent ages hunting for it.

Must have been dreaming, or perhaps my sig-line say's it all.
