Network Set Up Greyed Out

Since upgrading to 7.0.4.0.0.0 my network set up is greyed out on all my websites.

I have installed it on another computer thinking it was a screwed installation but thats not fixed it ..

Any ideas anyone ? anyone had this too ? I am going crazy here ..

I thought maybe it was a reg setting on the particular site i was working on and when i looked network setup has a 'n' value so i changed that to Y and it made no diff ..

Also i thought maybe id exported the sites without network setup control but creating a new site gives me the same error ..

Seems the software has put itself in demo mode ..
