Automatic CC in emails

Does anyone know if you can add an automatic cc email address into the order confirmation email?

When the order has been shipped I need to send the email to the customer but also cc 2 addresses. Can I pre-set this to save having to type it in every time?

I know I can 'send receipt copies to' but this is as soon as the order is placed is it not? not when goods are confirmed as shipped?

Hi,

I am not really sure if this is possible because the mailform derives the values in the To and Subject fields from the information in the order itself. I have asked the development team to take a look at this to see fi it is possible. Will post back with findings.

I am afraid this is not possible, as mentioned earlier, the information that goes automatically into the email is derived from the order itself and since the CC details will not be present here you will have to manually enter them.
