CGI-BIN Errors

Hi All
I have Installed Apache server on my PC + FTP and Pearl , but I am getting CGI-Bin errors when I try and refresh the web site..I followed eveything in Appendex A , Advanced Guide

Hi,

What are the error messages you get? Are the permissions right on the cgi-bin and have you allowed the script extension .pl with 'GET', 'HEAD' & 'POST' ?
