Customer emails

Good morning,

Emails have coming over the past few days, I did a search on the threads and added to NQV list for customer emails with out noticing that it was in v6.

As I have not managed to generate any responses from that I thought I would start a new thread. So here is the problem.

picking up on what Nick Shread mentioned regarding Product descriptions

products that have longer product names

I have a similar problem, as the template shortens the product decription to a point where it does not mean much to the customer.

First product is Green Essentials - Grow - , which is a book title and should read 'Green Essentials - Grow Vegetables (Organic Guides)'.

Is it possible to increase the length or wrap the description text around? Again it happens in the second product the variety name is missing which is not very useful.
