Missing p&p

Hi All

How the heck does an order come through with no p&p charge?! We use a flat rate, it's not customer editable, there are no international rates or drop downs and yet one order has come through without the charge?!

I'm totally perplexed as to how on earth this could have happened - all the other orders in the batch have the correct p&p charge.

There is nothing unusual about the order.

Hi,

How have you setup your shipping? Total value, total weight or total quantity? I woulod then check the product setup to see if it is the same as the others that came through fine. Have you setup a free over or does the particular product fall below the minimum on the shipping table?

Shipping is set up as a flat rate irregardless of order value, weight etc. There is no "free over" or anything like that, or any options (i.e for international shipping, special delivery etc) - it's just flat rate.

No other orders have come through like this ever and all orders downloaded that day were fine apart from this one.

I've replicated the order exactly and it comes through with shipping OK so it's totally bizarre.
