    email =20

    Hello

    I've just started to try out Actinic and the first order confirmation email has
    =20 at the end of each line, a well as the occasional A3 and =3D.

    Could someone advise what is happening.

    Thanks

    Is this coming through on an AOL email account by any chance?

    I recall this some time (way) back as being an issue for many with AOL accounts, which did not affect other ISP email addresses...

    If it is to an AOL email address, how goes it when sent to a non AOL address..

        Do you have a URL where I can place a test order to take direct receipt of the email to see what comes this way with these codes?

            Are you collecting your emails for the order you placed within Outlook or using some webmail collection for it, as it looks like if you are getting this for the customer receipt, but I am not, then might be something at that side of things.. Hope this helps in some way though.

              email

              I bought from myself so that's why I got the email I am using Eudora, but the email goes throught a normal ISP.

              I have just tried another email by changing the company's email to another provider and collecting it by outlook express on another machine and it's OK. So maybe its Eudora, although it doesn't happen to any other of my emails. I'll trwl through Eudora's settings.

              Thanks for your help.

                I recall seeing something similar with code of this nature appearing in piped output somewhere, sometime, but for the life of me can not recall where it was or what the cause was, but it was not Actinic related and think it was down to language specifics of something... Not much help I know - sorry, but I have seen this =20 at the end of every line before, just can not recall where... If I remember and it is of use, will drop it back into the forum.
